Job summary

Harbinger is seeking an IT & Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive the roadmap for the IT and Cybersecurity teams, turning strategy and OKRs into scoped initiatives.

You'll partner with the IT & Cybersecurity Director daily, own the quarterly OKR and backlog process, manage cross-team programs, and report on project health to executives and auditors. This role requires 5+ years in technical program management and strong Jira/Confluence skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical program/project management role within IT and/or Information Security, including at least one SOX/SOC 2 audit cycle or comparable compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly OKR and project backlog process with the IT Director, scoring, sequencing, and staffing initiatives against team capacity and budget.
