Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7am to 5 pm with occasional nights and weekend support.

Job Summary:

As a senior member of the Information Security team, this enterprise-wide role is key in defining and assessing the organization's security strategy, architecture, and practices. The enterprise security architect will translate business objectives and risk management strategies into security processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and adapt to changing threat landscapes. The role involves interacting with senior leaders across the enterprise and acting as a trusted advisor.

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years in a related field.
• 10 or more years preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Identity tools (e.g., SailPoint, Azure/Entra, AWS, GCP, PAM, SSO, MFA, LDAP, PKI, etc.).
• Deep understanding of modern identity concepts, especially in healthcare and academic medicine.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, ISO 27001).
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations (PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Experience with architecture methodologies (SABSA, Zachman, TOGAF).
• Knowledge of security infrastructure management (firewalls, IPS, WAFs, SIEM, DLP, etc.).
• Experience designing and securing cloud applications/infrastructures (AWS, Azure).

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $49.15 to $84.07, based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, career development, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, and more.
