Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7am to 5 pm with occasional nights and weekend support

Job Summary:

As a senior member of the Information Security team, this enterprise-wide role is integral in defining and assessing the organization's security strategy, architecture, and practices. The enterprise security architect will translate business objectives and risk management strategies into specific security processes enabled by security technologies and services. They will evaluate emerging technologies and changes in threat landscapes, interacting with senior leaders across the enterprise as a trusted advisor.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years in a related field.
  • 10 or more years preferred.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, or equivalent experience through education and work history.

Special Skills:
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity tools: SailPoint, Azure/Entra, AWS, GCP, PAM solutions, SSO, MFA, LDAP, PKI, CBA, JIT/ZSP, J/M/L concepts, multi-directory models, fine-grained access models, digital forensics, CIEM, CNAPP, API security, and machine identities.
  • Deep understanding of modern identity concepts and their application to business problems and compliance.
  • Expertise in identity management within healthcare and academic medicine, including role- and attribute-based access, identity lifecycle management, and multiple personas.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML security implications.
  • Experience with non-human and machine identity management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks: NIST CF, HITRUST CSF, ISO 27001.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations: PCI-DSS, HIPAA-HITECH.
  • Experience with architecture methodologies: SABSA, Zachman, TOGAF.
  • Knowledge of security infrastructure management: firewalls, IPS, WAFs, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, and related tools.
  • Vulnerability management and IT service management (ITIL) experience.
  • Experience designing and securing cloud-based applications and infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay range: $49.15 - $84.07, based on experience. Final offer discussed during interview.
