Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in related IT discipline required.
• Broad Infrastructure knowledge across networks, data centers, hosting, storage and monitoring.
• 12+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must be onsite at the Wichita facility and able to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Ensure available and reliable IT infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with outsourced providers to meet standards and SLAs, drive improvements and manage escalations.
• Oversee upgrades and improvements in infrastructure environments.
• Coordinate across IT functions and enterprise to enable migrations and transitions.
• Mentor and lead the team, remove roadblocks and monitor backlog.
