Job summary

Distinction LLC in St. Louis is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure, provide user support, and maintain network security under the IT Manager.

You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, document network configurations and processes, assist with backups and disaster recovery, and ensure compliance with corporate and federal guidelines. The position is in a small, mission‑driven organization serving Mississippi-based operations with a St.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of three years of IT support, system administration, or network management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

About the role
