St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an experienced IT Contract Specialist to manage contract requests, negotiate, draft and administer agreements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of hands-on contract experience, preferably in information technology and/or healthcare administration.
• Master's degree or JD preferred.
• Paralegal certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates contract requests and negotiates, drafts and processes contracts, amendments and terminations.
• Conducts due diligence with Legal, Compliance and Business units to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Maintains contract management databases and reporting for transparency.
• Provides guidance and training to team members on contract processes.
• Manages contract lifecycle from intake to expiration and renewal.

Formation

Bachelor's degree + 5+ years contract experience (IT/healthcare admin)

Master's or JD preferred

Paralegal certification desired
