We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft technologies to join our team in Santa Clara, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and implementing cutting‑edge Microsoft solutions to help our clients optimize their IT infrastructure and drive digital transformation.

Senior Software Engineer / Onsite Coordinator with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience managing onshore and offshore coordination, possess strong client‑façing abilities, and be well‑versed in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.

• Analyze clients' business requirements and develop tailored IT solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Design, implement, and manage cloud‑based solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Configure and customize Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint environments for improved collaboration and productivity
• Implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for enhanced business processes
• Conduct system integration projects to streamline clients' IT ecosystems
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout project lifecycles
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on proposed solutions and project progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Microsoft services to existing clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365
• Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise‑level Microsoft solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, system integration, and IT infrastructure
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand language for non‑technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
