As an MP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work across diverse sectors to manage AI and data-driven projects and support programs of work.
• Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management.
• Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of development opportunities.

Role Summary

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions aimed at improving the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics.
• Build scalable data and AI capabilities that provide actionable insights across operational performance indicators.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership teams to transform data into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI, optimization tools, and predictive analytics solutions to enhance digital metrics and business intelligence capabilities.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting for AI and data initiatives.
• Identify, acquire, and integrate data from multiple internal and external data sources.
• Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated workflows.
• Clean, transform, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Establish and maintain connections between disparate data sources, systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop data models and predictive algorithms to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, processes, and implementation methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong project planning and program execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience designing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, transformation, and data quality management practices.
• Experience connecting and integrating multiple data platforms including databases, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital analytics platforms and KPI measurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience with large-scale data warehousing and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud technologies, or project management.
• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and presenting data-driven recommendations.
