Job summary

Skywalk Global seeks an IT Consultant to advise enterprise clients on leveraging information technology processes, systems and techniques to solve complex business problems and achieve strategic organizational objectives.

The ITC1 will analyze, solve and optimize systems to ensure seamless operational efficiency, bridging client business needs and technical solutions while evaluating technology trends, cost-benefit trade-offs and implementation risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience in an IT department or consulting firm.
• Broad exposure across enterprise technology areas (infrastructure, software, security, data).
• Strong ability to engage with client stakeholders and define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on solution options, risks, and cost-benefit trade-offs.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements with client leads.
• Architect technical solutions aligned with client goals.
• Communicate clearly complex risks and benefits to non-technical leaders.
• Collaborate with project teams to map cross-system impacts.
