Job summary

A technology services company in Orlando is seeking a Program Manager/Business Development Executive to provide onsite Tier 2 IT support at its distribution center. Key responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, asset management, and user support. Ideal candidates will have mid-senior level experience in IT with a strong emphasis on communication and the ability to work with physical requirements.
