Sr Recruiter with Impact Staffing International

We’re looking for someone to help make sure our company’s technology and computer systems follow the rules — whether those are legal rules, industry standards, or our own company policies.

As the IT Compliance Manager, you’ll be in charge of keeping our systems safe and legal. You'll work with different teams to check for risks, help us get ready for audits, fix any problems that come up, and make sure we stay up to date on any new laws or requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Make sure our tech systems follow important laws and rules (like data privacy laws or cybersecurity standards).
• Help prepare for and respond to audits.
• Write and update policies that tell our teams how to use technology properly.
• Spot any risks in how we use our systems and help fix them.
• Train employees on best practices for security and compliance.
• Stay current on new regulations and technology risks.
• Work closely with the IT and security teams.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience working with tech compliance, risk, or audits.
• IT SOX Controls hands on experience, as well as managerial experience.
• Good understanding of things like data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA), cybersecurity, and rules that apply to company technology.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
• ServiceNow GRC or IRM experience.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience using compliance tools or software.
