Job summary

Nissan is seeking an IT Collaboration Tools Intern in Franklin, TN to support Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and other collaboration platforms across Nissan's environment. This role focuses on deployment, adoption, training, and user support to boost productivity and innovation.

You will work with IT and business teams, help automate common requests with Power Automate, and develop end-user training materials. This is a 12-week, full-time internship for juniors or seniors in IT/CS-related fields,

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Junior or senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience using AI-powered technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
GPA of 3.0 or above (official or unofficial transcript required during application).
Ability to perform work onsite in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

Support the deployment and adoption of new collaboration tools and technologies across the organization.
Assist with automating common user requests and support processes to improve efficiency.
Create training materials and provide end-user training on new features and technology enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms.
Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased technology adoption.
Monitor user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the overall employee experience.
