Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• GPA of 3.0 or above with transcript requirement during application.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and adoption of new collaboration tools and technologies.
• Assist with automating common user requests and support processes to improve efficiency.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training on new features and technology enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to identify process improvements and increase technology adoption.
• Monitor user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the employee experience.
