Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience in training end users, automating requests with Power Automate, and partnering with IT and business stakeholders to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in IT/CS or related field.
• Junior or Senior year at the start of the term.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience using AI-powered technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and adoption of new collaboration tools and technologies across the organization.
• Assist with automating common user requests and support processes to improve efficiency.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training on new features and technology enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased technology adoption.
• Monitor user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the overall employee experience.
