Job summary

Findorff in Madison, WI is seeking an IT Co-op for Spring/Summer 2027 or Summer/Fall 2027 to support our IT team. You will gain hands-on experience assisting with hardware, software, user accounts, and cybersecurity best practices across our offices and jobsites.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT, CS, cybersecurity, MIS, or related fields, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Housing stipend and a structured program are offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an IT-related degree (associates or bachelor).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and basic network issues.
• Assist with IT operations: user accounts, workstation setup, software installs, inventory, and onboarding tasks.
• Support infrastructure & systems: servers, cloud apps, networking, and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to cybersecurity efforts: awareness, device compliance, access management, and best practices.
• Support technology projects to improve efficiency and operations across the business.
• Learn IT systems & tools: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management tools, and ticketing systems.
