Forrest T. Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps professional to design, automate, and operate cloud-based infrastructure.

You will manage Azure services, implement IaC with Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines for internal and third-party deployments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT.
• Minimum of one IT industry certification (Azure Administrator, Terraform, etc.).
• Two+ years in cloud infra/DevOps/SRE in enterprise, with scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services (Entra ID, networking) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Implement monitoring, alerts, and SLOs in the Azure environment.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews for production systems.
• Maintain company security standards in Azure.

Position Summary

Responsible for building, automating, and operating cloud-based infrastructure and applications; delivering changes through infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines; monitoring system reliability and responding to incidents; and building tools that automate repetitive tasks to minimize errors and prevent downtime.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services to include Entra ID, Azure networking, Azure Data Factory, etc. using infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, internal and third-party application deployments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and service level objectives (SLOs) across the Azure environment
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews for production systems
• Maintain company’s security standards in the Azure ecosystem
• Create system diagrams, runbooks, and documentation as needed
• Provide Tier 3 operational support as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requisites

• Bachelor’s Degree, University Program Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one IT industry certification, e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, etc.
• Two or more years’ experience in a cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE role in an enterprise environment, including scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
