Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Specialist, Change Enablement to join the Technology Services Group in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on delivering components of change initiatives, creating communications and training assets, and coordinating dependencies to ensure smooth deployment.
You will map user journeys, track metrics, and support cross-functional coordination, with opportunities to mentor interns or contractors and contribute to knowledge tools across teams.

You’ll join Bain’s Technology Services Group (TSG) , a team focused on building and evolving enterprise technology capabilities that enable our business and client teams to operate at their best. You’ll collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable, modern technology solutions that improve employee experience and operational performance.
The Senior Specialist, Change Enablement executes assigned components of change initiatives, coordinating logistics, managing dependencies, and translating tasks into actionable steps. They develop targeted communications and training materials, build reusable assets for consistency, and track progress while flagging blockers, risks, or adoption challenges to leadership. Senior Specialists ensure deliverables are aligned and ready for deployment, incorporating stakeholder feedback, applying straightforward adjustments, and escalating items as needed. They support mapping user journeys, track key metrics, and contribute to team knowledge and tools to strengthen consistency across efforts.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).
