• Three years' experience in planning and evaluating training programs.
• Effective interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct training classes and ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Analyze training needs and prepare training materials.
• Maintain records of training activities and program effectiveness.
• Act as a mentor to new educators.
