Database & Data Management SQL Server: Ability to manage, migrate, and update SQL databases, including creating relationships, indexes, keys, and handling backend data operations. Microsoft Access: Understand legacy Access databases, front-end forms, and back-end updates; ability to migrate Access data to SQL/modern platforms. Data Integration / APIs: Experience connecting multiple systems via APIs, automated data feeds. Data Cleaning & Transformation: Handling large datasets, removing duplicates, normalizing data, integrating data across multiple systems.

Business Intelligence & Reporting Power BI: Strong skills in building dashboards, KPIs, automated reports, filtering, slicers, drill, and using service accounts/gateways. TIC (Toad Intelligence Central): Experience building scheduled and parameterized reports. Excel / Advanced Excel: PivotTables, formulas, macros/VBA, connecting to external databases for reporting.

Forms & Data Collection Tools Microsoft Forms & Canvas / Power Apps: Ability to design interactive forms, collect data from multiple users, handle attachments, and integrate with SQL/Power BI. Adobe Forms: Optional experience, as replacement for Wufoo. Process Automation: Experience using Power Automate or equivalent to automate data flows from forms to databases or dashboards.

Analytical & Project Skills Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Ability to understand user needs, document workflows, create functional specifications. Business Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in manual processes and design automated, streamlined solutions. Dashboard & Metrics Design: Translate operational needs into actionable KPIs, metrics, and visualizations.
