City of Leander is seeking an IT Business Office Manager to oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract coordination. You will report to the CIO/Assistant CIO and collaborate across IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership to track performance and manage the city’s internal technology fund.

You will develop forecasts and cost analyses, lead procurement processes, and ensure technology contracts align with city standards. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Business Management, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in IT areas: business admin, financial management, operations, or vendor management solicitations.

Mansioni

• Monitor department budget, track expenditures, approve invoices, perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate technology purchases with contract administrator to ensure procurement standards.
