Job Description

Location: Remote – United States

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established to recognize cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. It consolidates various hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications.

OTS leads the State’s technology procurement process to standardize technology across the organization, seeking efficiencies in operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products within the OTS suite of services, which can be offered to all in-scope agencies.

Scope of Services

1. Assist the State in designing Intelligrants for OCD DRU disaster recovery grants management based on the complexity of State use.
2. Meet and collaborate directly with OCD DRU program staff to determine system configuration needs of Intelligrants and document these requirements.
3. Work with the Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU leadership can articulate and document business needs related to the use of Intelligrants grants management software.
4. Coordinate with Applications Programmers, Senior Applications Programmers, and IT Testers to create use cases for Quality Assurance and End User Acceptance testing of the Intelligrants software.

Mandatory Expertise and Experience

• Experience with Intelligrants grant management software functionality.
• Ability to assess successful operational use of Intelligrants.
• Excellent customer service skills when working with end users on testing configuration changes to ensure successful testing cycles.

Expected Start Date: 05/26/2025

End Date: 05/26/2028

Hours shall be within the State’s core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. Contractors may be required to work on State holidays, weekends, and outside core hours to meet critical deadlines.
