Job summary

Apt is seeking an IT Business Analyst to drive delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to optimize Oracle PDH, Inventory, and SCM processes, with a strong focus on Master Data Management and Source-to-Pay workflows.

The ideal candidate translates complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, improves data quality and system usability, and partners across departments to implement

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience leading workshops and mapping business processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions.
• Configure Oracle PDH and manage Item Templates, Item Classes, and Extensible Flexfields.
• Design and optimize NIR workflows, approvals, and lifecycle management.
• Support and monitor MDM and S2P integrations across systems.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
