About The Job

Dudek seeks a technology professional experienced in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform administration. The lead will configure, secure, and manage our Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Teams environments, optimizing and troubleshooting core services to facilitate collaboration, content management, and workflow automation.

The role requires a team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is innovative, disciplined, and results-oriented. This position can be remote.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other tools.
  • Create, configure, and secure SharePoint & Teams sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Manage and secure Power Automate workflows.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Implement best practices for security, governance, and performance.
  • Provide user training and support.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform).
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and Power Automate workflows.
  • PowerShell scripting skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical translation.

*As a federal contractor, candidates must pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Physical requirements and working conditions are typical of an office or remote environment, with occasional site visits involving outdoor activity in various weather conditions.

Proposed salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually. Final compensation depends on experience, education, certifications, skills, and location.
