Job summary

Ruan is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern for Summer 2027. The role blends on-site work at our downtown Des Moines campus with remote tasks and project collaboration.

This temporary, hourly internship aims to develop students pursuing IT, business, supply chain, or related fields by exposing them to diverse projects within transportation. The intern will assist with smaller projects, send requests to development, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.

Responsibilities

• Support production users by resolving business problems using analytical skills.
• Configure and maintain transportation software to support end users.
