Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Addison, Texas (Hybrid 3 days in office) for a 12+ month contract. The role focuses on financial template authoring, GA/RAFTA tooling, and extensive data analysis with Excel and SQL. Experience with Moody's CreditLens FTA/RAFTA is preferred.

Pay is $43.00-$46.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits. The candidate will engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions, perform UAT, and support

Qualifications

• Financial template authoring for commercial lending or credit analysis.
• 2+ years’ RAFTA experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and schedules.
• Financial data modeling and account mapping.
• Business rules configuration and financial calculations.
• COA design and account hierarchy management.
• Financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
• UAT experience including test case creation and defect management.
• Excel and SQL data analysis and validation.
• Document BRDs, process flows, and operating procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
