• Must have strong SDLC understanding and experience documenting requirements.
• Proficient in creating process models, use cases, user stories, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with IC stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, processes, and operational needs for IT initiatives.
• Translate requirements into high-quality documentation and specifications.
• Support enterprise IT governance processes and project lifecycle management.
• Assist PMO in governance frameworks, reporting, and decision support.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with standards.
