Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Five years of experience with Yardi or another CRM platform.
• ITIL and ITSM experience or certification preferred.
• Strong data analytics and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Guide National CORE’s business in improving financial and property management processes and software.
• Identify and facilitate process design changes with a focus on data management and quality.
• Manage customer relationships and project documentation; oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide and support administration of business solutions; resolve ITSM tickets and maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with external developers to implement requirements and assist QA testers.
