Job summary

WM is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge Technology and business for new systems and enhancements. You will conduct process analysis, collect requirements, and draft functional specs to align solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with users, documenting requirements, reviewing test plans, and supporting user acceptance. The role offers a base pay range of $84,700 to $124,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in CS, MIS, Business Administration or similar area, or in lieu of degree.
4 years of prior work experience as an IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement).
Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics platforms, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between technical staff and business owners.
Coordinates with users to determine and document requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Documents requirements and reviews test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.
Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
Assists project team with gaining business user acceptance.
Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
