Role Overview: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions at IP Corporation. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved service delivery. Support the optimization of supply chain, manufacturing, and administrative processes.
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements for IT system enhancements, ERP initiatives, and process changes. Translate business needs into functional specifications and project plans.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key business data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Develop dashboards and reports for management and operational teams.
4. Project Support & Coordination: Assist in managing cross-functional projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Work with IT and external vendors on system updates, implementations, and troubleshooting.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting. Support change management by documenting and communicating process improvements and system changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
