Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of progressively responsible related experience or 5 years equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience budgeting, accounting, and reconciliation in enterprise financial software, preferably Oracle Financials and Smartview.
• Knowledge of IT budgetary, accounting, payroll, and purchasing policies and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: manages, analyzes, and reports on divisional finances with monthly status; presents executive summaries to OIT and campus leadership.
• IT Operations: oversees procurement, reconciliation, invoicing, cost transfers, and vendor management; tracks renewals and cost-sharing.
• People Management and Team Operations: directs the day-to-day operations of the OIT Business Office and develops subordinate staff.
