Job summary

Bulgari Americas is seeking a hands-on Data & Analytics professional to support BI and reporting across the Americas. The IT BI & Data Solutions Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust reporting and data solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL.

In a lean team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and enable users, drive adoption of self-service analytics, and strive for data quality, automation, and AI-driven efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills with DAX and semantic models.
• Experience with data modeling, KPI logic, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of ETL/ data pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Databricks).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL data solutions.
• Own delivery across the analytics lifecycle from requirements to adoption.

Bulgari Americas is looking for a hands-on Data & Analytics professional to support the delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions across the Americas region. With a dotted-line reporting to the IT Data & Analytics Manager, the IT BI & Data Solutions Analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, and deliver robust reporting and data solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL. In a lean team environment, this person will combine solution design, development, and user enablement to drive better decision-making across the functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Partnership

• Partner with business stakeholders across functions such as Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions
• Work with key users to validate requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and SQL-based data solutions
• Own delivery across the lifecycle: requirements, functional design, development, testing, deployment
• Work with Global IT teams to align needs with enterprise architecture and standards
• Improve data quality, reliability and consistency of reporting assets
• Identify opportunities for manual reporting automation and AI-driven efficiency
• Drive adoption of reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities through training and documentation
• Help prioritize enhancements and manage a practical delivery backlog

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (DAX, semantic models, dashboard development and performance optimization)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting design, and KPI logic
• Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to independently manage analytics projects end-to-end, from problem definition to business adoption in a fast-moving environment
• Retail or Luxury industry knowledge/experience is a big plus
• Experience working in Global organizations
• Knowledge of ETL processes / data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
