Job summary

A new software start-up in San Francisco is seeking a skilled IT Automation Engineer to design and own automated workflows within their operations. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in IT automation or similar fields, deep knowledge of identity management, and proficiency in workflow orchestration tools. You'll work closely with engineering to dramatically improve customer lifecycle processes and directly impact business outcomes, all while being part of a collaborative team focused on innovation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT automation or related fields.
• Deep experience with identity and access management automation.
• Fluency in MDM automation in Fleet.
• Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools and REST API integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and own automated workflows that enhance the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain integration frameworks across Treeline's core stack.
• Instrument automation workflows with observability and alerting.
• Own the knowledge base for automation processes.
• Identify and quantify automation opportunities across environments.
