Qualifications

• Experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or IT operations in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Ability to script or build internal tools (Python, APIs, low-code tools).
• Strong understanding of identity & access management and modern cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device provisioning.
• Build lightweight internal tools to replace or optimize SaaS workflows.
• Integrate and orchestrate systems into an automated setup.
• Own role- and group-based access structures and improve permission management.
• Support IT security initiatives including firewall setup and security best practices.
