Job summary

MetLife is seeking an IT Auditor to join its Internal Audit team in a hybrid role. You will support independent assurance and risk advisory activities across technology, cybersecurity, data, cloud, AI, and business transformation initiatives.

This early-career role offers a foundation in technology auditing within a global financial services organization. You will perform ITGC testing, assist in risk assessments, document workpapers, and leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT-related field.
1+ year in IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity, or related tech discipline.
Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, data governance, or app development.
Ability to document testing results and communicate risks clearly.
Working knowledge of AI capabilities and approved AI tools.

Responsibilities

Support audit and advisory engagements across technology, cybersecurity, cloud, data, AI, and business transformation.
Assist in executing audit activities: walkthroughs, risk assessments, control testing, issue validation, documentation.
Test IT general controls, automated controls, system interfaces, cybersecurity controls.
Prepare workpapers and audit documentation per Internal Audit standards.
Analyze data and leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify risks and control gaps.
