Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Auditor - IT to lead complex IT audits, SOX testing, and advisory work across enterprise systems and processes. You will evaluate IT general controls, cybersecurity, data governance, and change management while delivering remediation actions with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance of emerging technologies, AI and automation, with collaboration across global teams and external partners. Hybrid work with Princeton, NJ area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Accounting or related field.
• CISA preferred, CIA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years IT audit / IT SOX experience (pharma/med tech industry experience preferred).
• Expertise in ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, and risk frameworks; proficiency with analytics/automation and AuditBoard/Optro.
• Strong communication, project leadership, global collaboration, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-ready materials; strong writing, structure, and audience awareness.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to lead workstreams and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT audits and advisory reviews per annual plan and standards.
• Develop risk-based work programs and perform testing of controls.
• Prepare well-supported workpapers with conclusions and evidence.
