Job summary

Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking an IT and technology risk-focused auditor to join the Financial and Operations audit team. You will lead integrated audits and test ITGCs, including user access reviews and change management, with a focus on AI governance across the business.

You will mentor audit staff, collaborate with IT Audit, SOX, and Financial/Operations teams, and use data analytics to improve testing quality and coverage while communicating findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of internal audit or related risk/technology experience.
• Hands-on with AI tools to speed work and improve output quality.
• Ability to translate AI risk into practical audit guidance.
• Knowledge of ITGCs like access management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated audits across IT and financial/operational risk perspectives.
• Build and refine Integrated Audit approach; define testing integration.
• Support the SOX team on IT-related controls; scoping and remediation tracking.
• Test ITGCs such as user access reviews and change management; root-cause analysis.
• Define and evolve auditing AI use across the business; risk identification and controls.
