Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking an IT Audit Intern in Irving, TX. You will assist the IT Audit team in identifying IT risks and evaluating control effectiveness across systems, focusing on IT general controls, access, change management, and IT operations.

You will collect and analyze data, prepare audit work papers, and report results to leadership. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; prior analytics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in MIS/AIS/CS/Accounting with IA emphasis.
• Experience with auditing systems is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics/data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate IT risk through assigned projects.
• Execute work programs to test IT general controls.
• Prepare audit work papers and report results to leaders.
• Analyze test results to determine control strengths and weaknesses.
• Communicate findings clearly and collaborate with teams across the company.
