Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, Texas is seeking an IT Audit Intern to support risk assessment and control testing within the IT and business processes. You will work on IT General Controls and assist with SOX testing under guidance from senior staff.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a full-time degree in MIS, AIS, CS, or Accounting, with interest in internal audit, data analytics, and IT operations. Strong MS Office skills and professional communication are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a major in MIS, AIS, CS, or Accounting with emphasis in Internal Audit.
• Experience with auditing systems is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics/data visualization is a plus.
• Able to communicate tactfully and professionally; proficient with MS Office.

• Identify and evaluate risk through assigned projects.
• Execute work programs to determine the effectiveness of IT General Controls.
• Report results to leaders across the company.
• Analyze IT operations, access, and change management as part of audits.
