Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Manager (SOC Focus) to join our Risk Advisory practice. You will assess technology risks, develop controls and help clients navigate cybersecurity, governance and regulatory requirements.

Leverage deep industry knowledge to advise executives, manage IT audit engagements, and mentor staff while supporting firm growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years of IT audit or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with SOC and SOX audits is preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with client executives to identify and manage IT risks within business systems.
• Develop client engagement plans and audit programs for IT governance, security, and control assessments.
• Lead IT audit engagements including SOC reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Draft executive summaries and deliverables with clear recommendations for risk improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction.
