You will handle inventory levels, asset tracking, and mobile device administration to ensure accurate records and dependable IT resources for employees.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory or asset management, procurement, or related administrative role.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage IT inventory levels to support operations.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets through lifecycle (receipt, assignment, transfer, disposal).
• Administer corporate mobile devices (ordering, provisioning, distribution, upgrades, deactivation, returns).
• Coordinate procurement and deployment of printers and devices.
