Job summary

Groupe Managem is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of corporate hardware and software assets. You will coordinate provisioning and deployments, manage software licenses, and ensure SLAs are met across multiple sites including Casablanca.

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant IT asset management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in IT asset management and inventory monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAM and software license management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset inventory, including PCs, smartphones, printers, and subscriptions.
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle: acquisition, allocation, warranty, renewal and disposal.
• Process service requests for provisioning IT equipment in line with SLAs.
• Monitor purchase requests, orders and deliveries of IT equipment.
• Manage telecom operator subscription contracts.
• Verify order receptions and asset allocations across sites.
• Ensure timely provisioning of IT tools for new hires per SLAs.
• Produce and monitor IT asset management indicators (aging, compliance, software licenses).

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset inventory, including PCs, smartphones, printers, videoconferencing equipment, software, and fixed/mobile subscriptions.
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, allocation, warranty management, renewal, and disposal processes.
• Receive and process service requests related to the provisioning of IT equipment and tools (PCs, software, peripherals, smartphones, etc.) in compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Monitor purchase requests, orders, and deliveries of IT equipment.
• Manage telecom operator subscription contracts.
• Verify order receptions and related asset allocations in coordination with different sites.
• Ensure timely provisioning of IT tools and equipment for new hires according to agreed SLAs.
• Produce and monitor IT asset management indicators, including asset aging, compliance, and software license tracking.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Asset Management tools.
• Good understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and software license management.
• Knowledge of IT procurement and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple sites.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience with ManageEngine, SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions is highly appreciated.

Academic Background & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management and IT inventory monitoring.
