Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with under 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Asset Management, Inventory Management, Property Management, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware assets including desktops, laptops, servers, racks and peripherals used in classified spaces.
• Ensure accurate order status in stock tracking and inventory control systems.
• Develop and implement space planning strategies for efficient hardware inventory management.
• Coordinate asset deliveries, pickups, and relocations within storage areas.
• Conduct quarterly inventories to ensure asset record accuracy.
• Support and maintain customer service relationships with different teams.
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and service recipients.
• Ensure asset tagging processes are properly implemented.
• Maintain responsibility for capital equipment in the Property Management System.
