Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating the ITAM system with accurate hardware/software records.
Support lifecycle activities: procurement, deployment, transfers, retirement/disposal following governance protocols.
Participate in process improvements to enhance asset tracking and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify risks from end-of-life assets.
Analyze asset data for trends to inform technology investment decisions.
