Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software).
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with software license management and licensing models.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM best practices.
Ivanti ITAM experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate hardware, software, contract, and purchase records.
Manage asset procurement processing, stockroom inventory, and reclamation.
Ensure software license compliance and execute audits across asset systems.
Analyze asset utilization data for cost optimization opportunities.
Enforce and improve ITAM governance controls.
Skills
Analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with software license management
Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM best practices
Experience with Ivanti ITAM and device discovery platforms
Experience using device management platforms (MECM, JAMF, Intune)
