  • Investigate and resolve production issues using application logs, telemetry, databases, and AI‑assisted analysis.
  • Document technical fixes, maintain operational runbooks, improve application performance, address technical debt, and support continuous integration.
  • Translate Jira stories into clear, testable acceptance criteria covering expected behavior, edge cases, and failure scenarios.

  • Critically assess AI‑generated technical plans, code, and tests for accuracy, security, scope, quality, and potential regressions.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, technical plans, testing, and deployment, including documentation for change approval requests.
  • Evaluate test results in system integration and staging environments and determine whether changes are ready for production.
  • Improve shared AI agent prompts, skills, and rules while coaching developers on effective AI use and appropriate human oversight.
  • Help establish technical and architectural direction for applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to identify solutions and deliver business value.
