Job summary

Rich Products Corporation seeks an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead SAP S/4HANA architecture and delivery, enabling efficient order-to-cash processes and global growth.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams, guide solution design, ensure integration across systems, and manage small cross-functional teams. Remote applicants are considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP and integrated applications.
• 7+ years’ experience configuring SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
• At least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to design complex integrated processes involving SAP-connected apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technological discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, cross-module integration, and prototyping with business input.
• Oversee lifecycle support and partner management for applications and tech.
• Develop functional and integration specifications.
• Create system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
• Manage small cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors on delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D to capture requirements.
