Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) seeks an IT Applications Analyst (Associate through Senior) to join the IOPS IT team in Troy, NY. You will design and implement enterprise IT applications, coordinate with Quality, Lab Ops and IT, and ensure compliant processes throughout the SDLC.

On-site role with standard hours and opportunities to influence production systems and reporting. The position spans entry to senior levels, with clear guidance on experience requirements and a salary range

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate IT Applications Analyst: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• IT Applications Analyst: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5+ years of relevant experience; level determined by qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software and enterprise system solutions by analyzing user requirements and system integration impacts.
• Coordinate across business departments to gather, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and system requirements.
• Own IT Applications documentation including User Requirements, Detail Design Specifications, Configuration Test Plans, and Summary Reports.
• Perform design, code, and architecture reviews; process change controls in compliant system management practices.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues at application, server, and infrastructure levels.
• Administer and maintain production systems including AWS infrastructure support.
• Write and execute queries against large-scale enterprise databases and generate reports.
