Job summary

Duke University Health System - PRMO seeks an IT Analyst to bridge PBC operations, Duke IT, and vendors. The role focuses on claims processing, AR follow-up, retro reviews, and Epic/OnBase functionality to boost workflow efficiency and revenue-cycle performance.

You will analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for system enhancements, coordinate testing, and provide technical consultation to leadership and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience equivalent to a degree.
• Four years of related experience or strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Experience with Epic Professional Billing functionality and revenue-cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between PBC operations, Duke IT, and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Analyze workflows and system functionality to identify tech-driven solutions and process improvements within PBC operations.
• Coordinate testing activities for Epic upgrades and revenue-cycle initiatives; develop test plans and regression testing docs.
