Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an IT Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience across the organization. The role supports business challenges with analysis, UX, data visualization and project management in a hybrid work model with in-office days in Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN.

The program includes capstone projects, collaboration with multiple departments, and potential consideration for a two-year TLDP rotational program to develop IT leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date Fall/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 in MIS, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Artificial Intelligence for Business.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to Marlborough, MA or St. Paul, MN locations.

Responsibilities

• Apply business analysis, user experience, data analysis, data visualization, project management and product management skills to real business problems.
• Deliver a specific outcome on an IT team during the 12-week internship program, e.g., chatbot for IT support navigation or dashboard for sourcing decisions.
• Complete a group project with other IT interns to solve a real problem for Boston Scientific employees.
• Partner with functional teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Quality to deliver high-priority outcomes.
• Participate in executive panels, team-building events, training, volunteering and global partnerships within Boston Scientific.
