IT Analyst III - End Point Services Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Integrate end point technologies with cloud strategies into a highly available and secure implementation.
• Develop plans to ensure new technology initiatives meet business objectives and are delivered on time, including system upgrades and functionality enhancements.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for new systems to the Production Operations Team.
• Consult with business departments to determine technology needs and provide compatible recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize end point platforms for technical and cost efficiencies.
• Support and collaborate with other teams and projects.
• Implement hybrid IT solutions by integrating cloud services with traditional data center services.
• Lead testing efforts for new systems and technologies.
• Analyze business processes related to system infrastructure to improve efficiency.
• Validate solution architectures and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as CMMC, ITAR, and CUI.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Two-year college degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship or green card required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Carpenter IT systems and business.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies: network services, PC and server hardware, and operating systems.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to execute project plans and achieve goals; project management experience preferred.
• Decision-making skills and responsiveness to customer requests.
• Team player with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Stay updated on new technology, including IoT, mobile technologies, and cloud computing trends.
